Instructions
For the Cream Cheese:
In a small food processor, pulse the room temperature cream cheese until it is softly beaten. Fold in the black pepper, salt, and chopped scallion in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside for assembly.
Sandwich Assembly:
1.In a small bowl, place the arugula leaves. Toss with a small drizzle of olive oil to coat. Salt & pepper to taste.
2. An Everything bagel should be sliced and toasted. Spread a fair amount (about 2 tablespoons) of the scallion black pepper cream cheese spread on the bottom half. Top with sliced avocado and arugula leaves, a pinch of flaky salt, and the other half of the bagel. Serve by slicing in half crosswise.
