Grilled Cheese Sandwich
This classic sandwich may be made in a nonstick skillet using bread, butter, and Cheddar cheese.
Preheat the skillet to medium-high heat. Butter one side of a slice of bread generously. Place 1 slice of cheese on top of the butter-side-down bread on the skillet's bottom. Butter one side of a second slice of bread and place butter-side-up on top of the sandwich. Heat until lightly browned on one side, then turn and continue to grill until the cheese has melted. Rep with the remaining two slices of bread, butter, and cheese slice.
